Zeke is an Assistant Adjunct Professor and Faculty Fellow in the UCLA Department of Spanish and Portuguese. He holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic Languages and Literatures (2018) from UCLA. He also has an M.A. in Spanish (2014) from UCLA and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in History and Hispanic Studies (2012) from the University of Pennsylvania.
Zeke's research centers on 20th and 21st-century Latin American literature and film. His interests include art cinema, film festivals, cosmopolitanism, the novella, and transnational exchange.
In addition to his academic work, Zeke is an avid skier.
